Album: Kill 'Em All (1987) AMG reports that this was a reissue of an album, by the same name, which had been produced by the company Metallica had signed with prior to signing with Electra. AMG also says that Electra included Blitzkrieg on this reissue by borrowing it from a 12" (ep?) that was issued in Europe, with the title, Creeping Death (no doubt, the lead number). Apparently, as well, Electra DROPPED Blitzkrieg from Kill 'Em All on all subsequent restamping/reprintings. Have not independently verified this. It's what AMG reports.
